Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
7Figure.OS ("the Service") is an advertising analytics and diagnostics platform operated by Broncati Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this solely for authentication and access control within the Service.
2.2 Advertising Platform Data
We access aggregate campaign-level metrics from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads on behalf of our agency clients. This includes:
- Campaign performance metrics (spend, impressions, conversions, CPL, CPM, CPC, CTR, frequency)
- Campaign and ad account status information
- Campaign structure data (campaign IDs, names, statuses)
We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) about individual ad viewers, clickers, or converters. All data is aggregated at the campaign level.
3. How We Use Information
- Generate diagnostic reports for agency media buyers
- Monitor ad account health and detect anomalies
- Post formatted reports to Monday.com for workflow management
- Send alert notifications to authorized Slack channels
- Display analytics dashboards to authenticated team members
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (neon.tech) with the following protections:
- Encryption at rest (AES-256)
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+)
- Database credentials stored in environment variables, never in code
- Access restricted to authenticated team members via Google OAuth
5. Data Retention
We enforce strict data retention periods, automatically deleting data past its retention window:
- Aggregate campaign metrics: 13 months
- Diagnostic logs: 90 days
- Ad object snapshots: 90 days
- Ad performance data: 90 days
- Status transitions: 6 months
- Report post records: 13 months
6. Third-Party Data Sharing
We share Meta-sourced data only with these services, in aggregated form:
- Monday.com — Formatted diagnostic reports posted to client account items for workflow management
- Slack — Alert notifications containing account status changes (when configured)
We do not sell, rent, or share Meta-sourced data with any other third parties.
7. Meta Platform Data
Our use of data received from Meta APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms. Specifically:
- We only access aggregate campaign-level metrics — no user PII
- Data is used solely for providing advertising analytics services
- We honor all data deletion requests from Meta users
- Data retention is enforced automatically per our retention schedule
- We do not use Meta data for surveillance, profiling, or discrimination
8. Data Deletion
If you are a Meta user and wish to have your data deleted, Meta will send a deletion request to our callback endpoint. We process these requests immediately and provide a confirmation code for tracking.
Since we do not store personally identifiable information from ad interactions, deletion requests are processed as confirmed upon receipt. You can check the status of a deletion request using the confirmation URL provided by Meta.
9. Your Rights
If you are an authenticated user of the Service and wish to access, correct, or delete your account information, please contact us at the email below. If you are a Meta user seeking data deletion, Meta will process your request through our data deletion callback automatically.
