1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 7Figure.OS ("the Service"), operated by Broncati Consulting ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

7Figure.OS is an internal advertising analytics and diagnostics platform that monitors client ad accounts across Meta and Google Ads, generates diagnostic reports, and provides workflow automation for agency media buying teams.

3. Access and Authentication

Access to the Service is restricted to authorized team members who authenticate via Google OAuth. Access is controlled by domain restrictions and role-based permissions (admin, lead, media buyer).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You must not share access or allow unauthorized users to access the Service through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Export or redistribute data obtained through the Service in violation of platform terms
• Use Meta or Google Ads data obtained through the Service in ways that violate their respective platform policies
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

5. Third-Party Platform Compliance

The Service integrates with Meta, Google Ads, Monday.com, Google Sheets, and Slack. Your use of the Service must comply with the terms of service and policies of these platforms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies that may affect the availability or functionality of the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broncati Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
